Forward Deployed Engineers
Ship code in the field. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with users in prisons, courts, and probation services to rapidly build and deploy AI solutions in complex, sensitive environments.
You'll be expected to move fast, operate across the full stack, and deeply understand how to build products for real people. This isn't building from a spec — it's building from a conversation.
Platform Engineers
Build the infrastructure that powers AI at scale. Design and maintain secure, reliable systems — from data pipelines and MLOps to cloud architecture and observability.
You'll tackle the unique challenges of deploying modern AI systems within government environments, ensuring our platforms are production-ready and built to serve millions.
AI Product Managers
Define the vision for AI products that transform justice. Translate user needs and system challenges into well-defined product requirements and clear priorities.
