Microsoft 365 Copilot helps MoJ staff draft, summarise, and analyse across Office tools using AI embedded in their everyday workflow.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is embedded across Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel, giving staff an AI assistant wherever they already work.

It supports faster drafting, meeting summarisation, email triage, and data analysis without switching tools or learning new platforms.

Current focus

  • Deployed across MoJ corporate functions and policy teams.
  • Embedded in existing Microsoft 365 licensing and infrastructure.
  • Ongoing usage analytics to guide adoption and identify high-impact use cases.

Why this is important

When AI assistance is available in the tools staff already use, adoption barriers fall and time savings compound across the organisation.
